Farm Haven Cottages is not a nursing home. We’re a privately owned company, and we receive no government funding of any kind.
Instead, we provide an affordable alternative for seniors who want to enjoy the independence, privacy, and security of owning their own home while living in a peaceful village community.
Farm Haven Cottages is a village of affordable homes thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind. Our community promotes a comfortable lifestyle with security, health, longevity, food availability, and the freedom that comes with independent living.
Unlike renting a room in a nursing home, a husband and wife can own their own home together, building financial equity year after year while enjoying a welcoming and supportive community.
A Better Way to Live

We are not a nursing home, nor do we charge nursing home prices. Farm Haven is about independent living – private living in your own home at far less cost. You are not jammed into a nursing home with many other people and no privacy.
