Farm Haven SC, LLC operates Farm Haven Cottages, a 55+ senior village community development project located in Lake City, South Carolina. Farm Haven SC, LLC is a home sales company only. We do not act as a landlord or rental provider. Investors who purchase homes may independently choose to rent them.

Farm Haven SC, LLC reserves the right to verify all license information before processing any referral fee payments.
6. Investor Programs
Farm Haven Cottages offers two investor programs: a Short-Term Investor Program (20% of net profits on home sales) and a Long-Term Investor Program (passive monthly lease income). All investor arrangements are subject to separate written agreements. Information on this website regarding investor programs is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
